The Service provides Columbia River fish count, water, and weather information. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Certain features require an account and a paid subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Subscription pricing and terms are presented at the time of purchase.
If you opt in to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information.
Fish count, water, and weather data are sourced from third parties and provided "as is" for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinkerBee Tech LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
