SMS Consent & Opt-In

ReelWeatherFish (the "Service") is operated by TinkerBee Tech LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). This page explains how we obtain your consent before sending you any text message and how you can opt out.

How We Collect Consent

We only text people who have a prior personal or business relationship with us and who have given us their express consent in advance to receive promotional messages. We obtain that consent verbally or in person, using the following script:

"I run ReelWeatherFish, a Columbia River fish, water, and weather site operated by TinkerBee Tech LLC. I'd like to text you a link to check out the site and occasionally send you promotional news and updates about it. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Is it okay if I text you at this number?"

We add a mobile number to our invite list only after the person agrees. We do not text anyone who has not given consent, and consent is never a condition of using the Service.

What to Expect

Program: promotional messages from ReelWeatherFish — a one-time invitation to visit the site plus occasional news and updates about it.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
